Inspect & Prepare
Assess the waste area, identify visible grease and buildup, and prepare the area for treatment with our industry-best degreasers and surface cleaners.
Deep Clean
We use top-of-the-line, commercially heated pressure washers. In layman's terms, that means the entire utility zone will be recolored, power cleaned, and restored to inspection standards.
Dumpster Treatment
- Interior: Treatments for disinfecting, rodent and pest repellant, and a specific deodorizing formula to eliminate odors.
- Exterior: Surface residue cleaning, a layered protection formula, and an eco-friendly perfume that lasts for 14 days.
Wastewater Containment
Our process is built around written guidance from the College Station waste-management department. Feel free to pose any and all questions during appointments; we allocate a lot of resources towards environmental safety. That means proper disposal of wastewater and chemical solutions, with commercial barriers to secure any runoff.
