About Us
Local, Aggie-built, and backed by years of pressure-washing experience.
Our Background
Dallas-Fort Worth served as the true launching pad for our inspired service and dependable experience. As a facet of Lone Star Hustle LLC for the last 4 years, our parent company saw to the completion of high-level window washing and pressure-washer contracts. Lone Star was brought to the Bryan/College Station area, into an incredible community of hard-working Aggies.
With much gratitude for Lone Star Hustle LLC, we launched Texas Commercial Sanitation LLC as a separate entity. Now, working as referral partners, we aim to supply commercial needs that add value to the Brazos Valley.
The goal is simple: cleaner business parks, happier customers, and to ship off inspectors down to Austin.
About Will
My name is Will Dean, and I am a sophomore Economics major at Texas A&M University. My dad was an Aggie, class of '93, and I grew up going to College Station more than I can count. With that in mind, I wanted to start a business local to my community.
With service experience at a local steakhouse here in College Station, I talked with numerous personnel, donors, and alumni who all noticed the same neglected problem in our community: proper waste-area management, and someone willing to roll up their sleeves. I am excited to bring our team's window washing and pressure washing experience to combat this very problem.
If you have projects that keep stacking up, I'll lend you a hand or find somebody who can. Gig'em, and feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or if you need any advice.
